  3. Put the popped amaranth in a bowl
  4.  In a separate bowl, mix the nut butter and maple syrup. Stir in protein powder.
  5. Add popped amaranth slowly and stir with a wooden spoon. Continue adding the popped amaranth until you get a dough-like texture
  6.  Transfer the mix to the baking pan. Press down to form an even layer
  7.  Put the baking pan in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
  8.  After freezing, cut into 9 pieces.

If you like you can melt dark chocolate and drizzle on top of your protein bars.

This protein bars vegan recipe has a basic vegan and gluten-free protein bar base. It has three different options to choose from. You can choose between Mango Coconut, Almond Cherry, and Peanut Butter Banana.
